Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. The only exceptions are Russia and the UK.
Where do you ship your products from?
All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We always aim to ship orders within one weekday after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Possible delays in shipping orders may be due to an unusually high volume of orders coming in, or due to the freight company.
You can see the different shipping options and costs for your country at the checkout. We always provide free shipping on orders above €100.
To ensure a great customer experience your order will be delivered via a tracked DHL Express service. The delivery time depends on your country, but is roughly 2-3 business days.
Which countries will be paying duties and taxes?
If shipping to a country outside the EU, VAT will be automatically deducted from your order total. If you live in these countries outside of the EU, you will need to pay taxes and/or duties when the products arrive. This is our best estimate of what will happen for you in each country:
USA - If you shop for over 800 USD (including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Australia - If you shop for over 775 USD (equivalent to 1000 Australia dollars including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Hong Kong - You will be required to pay taxes and duties on your entire order.
Israel - If you shop for over 75 USD (including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Japan - If you shop for over 90 USD (equivalent of 10,000 yen including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Mexico - If you shop for over 50 USD (including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
New Zealand - You will be required to pay taxes and duties on your entire order.
Singapore - If you shop for over 300 USD (equivalent 400 Singapore dollars including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
South Africa - You will be required to pay taxes and duties on your entire order.
Switzerland - You will be required to pay taxes and duties on your entire order.
United Arab Emirates - If you shop for over 270 USD (equivalent of 1000 UAE including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Any additional charge for reasons of customs clearance is the sole responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Each order comes with a tracking number. You can find this number in your Shipping Confirmation email or if you head to your account, you’ll see it there too. You can also always email us at email@example.com and our Customer Service team will be happy to help.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return without any charge the item(s) purchased on PERFF.COM within 100 days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached.
Can I return my products for an exchange?
If you wish to exchange your order you simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order online. We hope to be able to provide a standard exchange service in the future.
How do I return my order?
To return an item(s):
- Simply go to the Return Center or click in the button below and fill the form to arrange your return.
- You will then receive an email containing further instructions and you will be emailed the shipping label.
- We will then send you an email once we have received and processed your return/exchange.
You can expect the refund to be received by your bank or credit card account within 1-5 business days. Processing times vary and are subject to your bank.
How do I know you received my order?
When you place an order at PERFF.COM, we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you haven’t received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s nowhere to be found, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t promise that we're able to make any changes or cancelations after an order has been placed. Please reach out to us and we will do our very best!
Can I change my delivery address?
To change a delivery address please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in the next hour after doing your order.
I have received a faulty order, what should I do?
We are sorry that you have received a faulty order, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service team with photos and order number and we will assist you further.

Why was my credit/debit card declined at checkout?
If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.
Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.

Where is your clothing made?
Perff Studio clothes, and finest materials, are made in Portugal which is the heart of manufacturing of Europe.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

At Perff Studio, we take your safety and security very seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. All information kept by us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of our service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). If in future we do need to transfer your data outside the EEA, we will only do so if adequate protection measures are in place in compliance with data protection legislation.
